HR Executive Congress

HR Executive Congress was established in 2019 as a community for HR professionals to work on some of our biggest challenges in the HR space.  We had no idea at the time what that would mean leading into the challenges of Covid in 2020 and 2021.  During this time we came together to help connect people who were out of work due to shut downs to work that could help feed their families.  We later discussed the future of work and the nature of remote and hybrid work in our new environments. 

Today, we have new challenges to discuss in a number of areas including pay transparency, diversity, rapidly evolving compensation and new regulations in hiring for AI among others.  

We have just moved from Zoom calls and Facebook discussions to our own platform that will allow us to more effectively manage and grow our discussions.  Please join us and join the conversation.
